Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an operations management role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
