About The Role

As an Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our leisure facilities. This guest-facing position ensures seamless entry for all visitors while providing outstanding care through personalized interactions. You will welcome guests warmly, inform them about shows, attractions, and services, and actively engage in selling tickets, merchandise, and retail products via a computerized POS system. Your responsibilities include managing cash operations, maintaining product displays, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism. By leveraging your communication skills and product knowledge, you will enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue through upselling, and contribute to a safe, organized, and guest-centric environment. Your ability to work outdoors in varied conditions and handle emergencies will further ensure operational excellence.

What Youll Do

Guest Engagement & Service

  • Greet and farewell guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring personalized interactions and attentive listening to their needs.
  • Provide expert product recommendations and demonstrations to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Anticipate and address guest concerns promptly, adhering to company policies to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct guest surveys using company-provided tablets to gather feedback and enhance service quality.

Facility & Safety Management

  • Oversee queue lanes, turnstiles, entrances, and exits to ensure smooth guest flow.
  • Adhere to emergency protocols, including evacuations, to prioritize guest safety during critical situations.
  • Operate the lost and found counter and locker area in compliance with company policies.
  • Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions, demonstrating physical capability to handle tasks like lifting and climbing.

Promotions & Compliance

  • Stay informed about ongoing promotions and pricing updates to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and participate in promotional activities as required.
  • Follow company cash handling and guest complaint policies rigorously to maintain operational integrity.

What Were Looking For

Essential

  • Higher secondary education or equivalent qualification.
  • Moderate verbal communication skills with proficiency in clear and professional guest interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures, including register operations and transaction accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills to engage guests effectively and resolve inquiries.

Desirable

  • Previous retail or customer care experience to leverage existing service-oriented skills.
  • Experience in handling guest complaints to manage conflicts with professionalism.
  • Fluency in additional languages as an advantage for diverse guest interactions.
  • Prior cash handling experience to ensure seamless financial operations.
