Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Manager - Infrastructure Maintenance to join our team in United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the maintenance operations of our infrastructure assets, ensuring their reliability, efficiency, and longevity.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure maintenance strategies and plans
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
  • Oversee the budget for maintenance operations, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with overall organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and industry best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers
  • Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life
  • Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance activities, budget, and performance to senior management


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance operations, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure maintenance systems and best practices
  • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation
  • Excellent risk assessment and mitigation skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in performance monitoring and reporting
  • Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Facilities Management are preferred
  • Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable
  • Must be willing to work on night shifts
