Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally in Civil, Mechanical, or Ocean Engineering.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in offshore engineering or a similar field.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing engineering teams.
• In-depth knowledge of offshore engineering operations and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Certification in project management is highly desirable, e.g., PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
