Job Description

The role holder is responsible for monitoring the daily vehicle operations and utilization, and coordinating with workshop and car dealers for swift delivery of vehicles.

Strategic

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors and ensures high transport satisfaction levels to achieve fleet utilization and revenue targets.
  • Coordinates with workshop and dealers for swift delivery of vehicles to reduce any possible delays.
  • Records any scratches, dents, repair estimate, and drivers deductions at the time of vehicle changeover for accurate record keeping.
  • Tracks and reports the status of any damaged vehicles to management to further reduce any possible downtime.
  • Provides accident counselling to drivers per incident to reduce the likelihood of future occurrences.

Operational

  • Drivers Handling.
  • Vehicle Change over.
  • Real Time Action on Accident / Maintenance Vehicle.
  • Monitoring of fleet utilization and vehicle deployment.
  • De-fleeting process for existing and new vehicle deployment.
  • Idle driver change over and deployment.
  • Driver local leave management.

People Management

Product/Process Improvement

  • Contributes to the identification of improvements of systems, processes and practices to enhance business processes, provide cost reduction and improve productivity.
  • Prepares vehicle operations and utilization reports as per requirements, policies and procedures.
  • Provides assistance to manager in order to implement policies and procedures and continues to monitor such implementations.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelors Degree.

Experience

  • An Experience with office administration or clerical duties with minimum 3 -5 years.
