Officer Customer Service

SUMMARY / INTRODUCTION
The Officer, Customer Service supports customers at the branch by delivering professional and reliable service while protecting the interests of the Bank. Reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager, the role contributes to a positive customer experience, supports effective branch operations, and is responsible for achieving assigned sales and business development targets. The position requires a strong commitment to integrity, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, Bank policies, and sales performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive customer engagement, identification of customer needs, cross-selling of Bank products and services, and generation of quality referrals in line with branch objectives.
Update the first responsibility as:
Deliver professional customer service aligned with the Banks standards and customer needs while actively identifying opportunities to promote relevant Bank products and services.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Ability to achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills with a focus on business growth and revenue generation.
Preferred/Beneficial
Proven experience in achieving sales targets for retail banking products and services.
Strong sales, cross-selling, and referral-generation skills.
Ability to balance customer service responsibilities with business and sales objectives.
