Off-Plan Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers.
  
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, calls, and social media platforms.
  
• Conduct client meetings and provide professional investment advice.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors.
  
• Stay updated with the latest off-plan launches, market trends, and competitor activities.
  
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual meetings with clients.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
  
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
  
  
  
  

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience, preferably in off-plan sales.
  
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate market.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
  
• Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.
  
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or other languages will be an advantage.
  
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
