Job Description

As an Off-Plan Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the real estate industry, specializing in the sale of properties that are yet to be constructed. This position demands a proactive individual who can connect with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the process of purchasing properties that are still in the planning or development stages. The role involves a blend of sales expertise and in-depth knowledge of real estate markets, particularly within the context of upcoming projects. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients interested in purchasing off-plan properties.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on the benefits of off-plan property investments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Collaborate with property developers to understand project specifics and timelines.
  • Organize and conduct site visits and presentations for interested clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and offers between clients and developers effectively.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings in the real estate sector.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management regularly.
  • Manage post-sale client interactions to ensure continued satisfaction and service.
  • Participate in property exhibitions and trade shows to expand client network.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and construction teams to convey any concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and visit sites.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal regulations in property sales and transactions.
