Job Description

As an Off-Plan Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the real estate industry by guiding clients through purchasing properties that are in the planning or development stage. Your primary role will be to provide strategic advice and support to buyers who are looking to invest in these developments before completion, often at favorable rates. With a comprehensive understanding of the market and emerging trends, you will assist clients in making informed decisions, ensuring they receive maximum value for their investment. Your expertise will not only help potential buyers understand the benefits and risks associated with off-plan properties but will also enable developers to market their projects effectively, thus driving sales and revenue.


Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation to clients on purchasing off-plan real estate properties.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand current and future real estate trends.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with property developers.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive presentations to clients about off-plan opportunities.
  • Negotiate with developers to secure favorable terms and conditions for clients.
  • Educate clients on the legal aspects and contractual obligations of off-plan purchases.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with regional property laws and regulations.
  • Regularly update clients on the progress of construction and development phases.
  • Assist clients with financial planning and acquiring mortgage options for off-plan properties.
  • Manage post-sales relationships and address any client concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market data.
  • Continuously update professional knowledge and skills in the real estate domain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan properties.
  • Comprehensive understanding of real estate market trends and investment strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with clients and developers.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regional property laws and real estate practices.
