Job Description

As an Off-Plan Property Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for advising potential clients on property investments that are in the pre-construction phase. Your role will involve identifying prospective buyers, understanding their investment needs, and providing expert recommendations on suitable properties that align with their objectives. You will also be tasked with managing the sales process from enquiry stage to completion, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This position requires strong negotiation and communication skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of real estate markets, particularly the off-plan sector. By staying informed about the latest market trends and updates on upcoming developments, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients make well-informed investment decisions.


Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales leads and prospective clients for off-plan properties.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate property investment potential and trends.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on off-plan property investments and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate successfully with clients and developers to secure property acquisitions.
  • Manage property sales processes from initial customer interest to final purchase agreement.
  • Organize and conduct property site visits and presentations to potential buyers.
  • Stay informed about real estate regulations and industry trends affecting off-plan sales.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and project information to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and referrals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in property sales, particularly in the off-plan sector.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and developers.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
