Job Description

An Odoo ERP Implementation Expert is a vital asset in transformative business operations, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the deployment of Odoo ERP solutions for organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, as well as proficiency in Odoo's ERP software. The expert works closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure a seamless integration of Odoo tools into the company's existing infrastructure. They are responsible for ensuring that the system functions optimally and meets the business requirements. Additionally, they provide critical training, support, and documentation to ensure the organization fully benefits from the new system. Their role is pivotal in facilitating change management within the organization, helping to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and enable data-driven decision-making.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to determine Odoo ERP needs.
  • Lead the planning and implementation phases of Odoo ERP solutions for clients.
  • Coordinate with development teams for customization and integration of Odoo modules.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance system usage and adoption.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure implementation success.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to guarantee optimal system performance.
  • Develop comprehensive user manuals and training documentation for end-users.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system issues, providing viable solutions and enhancements.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing Odoo implementations.
  • Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams to align project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during the ERP implementation process.
  • Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience of at least three years in implementing Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with Odoo architecture is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
