The Nursing Clinical Lead is a pivotal role within the healthcare team, charged with overseeing clinical practices and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current nursing license or registration applicable to their practicing region is required.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience, with at least two in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best clinical practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate the nursing team.
