Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting within the UAE. The role involves assessing patient needs, supporting physicians in treatment procedures, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy in all patient interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
• Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures
• Assess patient conditions and report changes to the medical team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and aftercare
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life support as required
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Monitor patient progress and evaluate effectiveness of care plans
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Support hospital or clinic operations with administrative tasks when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing
• Valid nursing license (DHA, MOH, or HAAD/DOH as applicable)
• 2–5 years of relevant clinical experience (freshers may apply where applicable)
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and patient care standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Basic computer skills for maintaining medical records
