Network Optimization Officer

Synopsis



In this role, you will use analytical & data mining techniques to support the Network Optimization unit in revenue maximizing opportunities. Develop and document implemented actions by network optimization & RM teams

Accountabilities

• Support the development & execution of the strategies developed by the network optimization teams.
• Summarize / visualize results and highlight insights & opportunities.
• Document all ad-hoc and structural changes and measure revenue results for all network capacity changes.
• Review network constrained and unconstrained demand from PROS and propose capacity shifts
• Monitor the build on new frequencies / routes and update the network team
• Co-ordinate internally to obtain capacity restrictions and ensure RMS is updated on a timely basis.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration
• 3 years working experience in a complex numerate and analytical environment, experience within airline industry preferred
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and query tools including at least 2 of; SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with solid experience in business analysis, and at least 2 of; segmentation, regression analysis, clustering, forecasting, web analytics
