Neonatologist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Neonatologist to join our team of compassionate healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide expert care for newborn infants, especially those born prematurely or with critical health conditions, within our state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our most vulnerable patients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and diagnosing medical conditions in neonates
• Providing advanced medical management and life-saving interventions
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Working closely with families to provide education and support
• Participating in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
• Mentoring and training medical staff and residents in neonatology best practices
  
  

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of Pediatric residency and Neonatology fellowship
• Board certification in Neonatology
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in a NICU or similar environment preferred
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
