NDT Level III

Minimum Roles and Responsibilities but not limited to will be as follows

• Mobilization and demobilization of NDT Crews for new & existing projects and also
  
  

to ensure the conformity of suitable NDT equipment's, safety accessories etc.

• Responsible for maintenance and calibrations of all the equipment's in coordination
  
  

with Maintenance Engineer, Technical Manager and QHSE Manager.

• Liaison with Project coordinator/clients for day-to-day job and organizing NDT
  
  

crews for successful completion of job.

• Raising the requirements of equipment's, consumables to Country Manager in
  
  

liaison with Stores periodically.

• Responsible for all the operations related issues of clients in the absence of
  
  

Operation Manger.

• Ensuring the effective supervision of radiography sites in co-ordination with site
  
  

Site Coordinators.

• Shall act as deputy in the absence of CNDT and ANDT Technical Manager.
• To learn and get involved with all Advanced NDT & conventional NDT activities of
  
  

The Company And Perform The Actual Work Whenever Required.

• Responsible for periodical review of all NDT Procedures & Written practice and
  
  

also issue of NDT procedures for all new projects.

• Preparing technical documents and procedures as per client requirement & Codes
  
  

& Standards.

• He shall have the skills and knowledge to establish techniques; to interpret codes,
  
  

standards, and specifications;, interpret the indications when required; designate

the particular technique to be used; and to certify the adequacy of procedures. The

individual shall also have general familiarity with the NDT methods covered. He

shall be capable of conducting or directing the training and examining of NDT

personnel in the methods for which the NDT Level – III is qualified.

• Responsible for Training Certification and Qualification of NDT Personnel as per
  
  

written practices.
