Job Description
- To take all precautions to protect the environment
- Work in such manner as to ensure self-safety as well as that of co-workers safety in well covered with.
- Avail themselves of company internal and any other required training programs as and when required by the management
- Shall participate in the daily toolbox talks and follow the instruction from the site coordinators/crew leaders
- Use and maintain all safety devices provided for executions of job as delegated.
- Maintain and properly use all tools under their control & to use right tools for the Job.
- Provide fellow employees help with safety attitudes and its requirements.
- Report for work in clothing suitable for work, and in such a manner that clothes and jewelry worn will not constitute a hazard.
- Perform the work in a safe and alert manner, and be aware of the possibility of unseen dangers or situations.
- Are not expected to sacrifice their own or other’s Safety to perform their duties.
- Keep clean work Area & maintain Housekeeping.
- Worked as Asst technician for conventional & advanced NDT jobs like (Multi NDT, AUT, PAUT, TOFD, Tube Inspection, Tank Floor inspection, Long and Short-range Guided wave applications etc.) till you work as individual lead.
- To provide technical expertise on all NDT matters as required on projects.
- Assist and support the NDT Co-ordinator or the project teams on all NDT matters;
- Review clients specifications and scopes of work, examine pipe metallurgy and prepare detailed NDT procedures to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with specified quality;
- Review subcontractors tender documents and technical qualifications;
- Assist QHSE Department on subcontractor assessments/audits;
- Ensure that records are maintained for all NDT activities to demonstrate achievement of client requirements;
- Maintain departmental project NDT files so that information is readily available to other department members.
