Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment at all times.
  • Offer personalized services tailored to the individual needs and preferences of clients.
  • Sterilize and disinfect tools and equipment before and after each client session.
  • Collaborate with team members to generate service ideas and promotions.
  • Maintain an appointment schedule that maximizes efficiency and productivity.
  • Advise clients on nail care and enhancements available and recommend suitable treatments.
  • Promote additional services or products when appropriate to clients.
  • Handle payments and record client details accurately for future reference.
  • Keep accurate records of services, sales, and inventory levels to report to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a reputable salon or spa.
  • Relevant certification or diploma in a Nail Technician program or similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of various nail care products and ongoing industry trends.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure a high standard of work and service.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment necessary.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet client needs.
