Job Title: Mystery Shopper (Engineering Background Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical, observant, and detail-oriented Mystery Shopper to evaluate service quality across entities that operate under or provide services to government agency clients in the UAE. This role is critical in assessing real-world customer experiences and ensuring that service delivery aligns with established government standards and excellence frameworks.

The successful candidate will conduct anonymous, structured evaluations by simulating real customer interactions across a variety of service environments, including physical service centers and digital platforms. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to interpret complex processes, and a methodical approach to evaluation. Candidates with an engineering background are particularly well-suited for this role, as it demands structured thinking, precision, and data-driven analysis. The ideal candidate must demonstrate high levels of integrity, neutrality, and professionalism while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct anonymous visits to service centers as assigned
  • Observe and assess and analyse and Evaluate compliance with government regulations, operational guidelines, and service excellence standards
  • Analyze end-to-end customer journeys to identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and service gaps
  • Identify potential risks, operational weaknesses, and opportunities for service improvement
  • Accurately document observations using predefined evaluation frameworks and scoring methodologies
  • Prepare comprehensive, structured reports that include clear findings, supporting evidence, and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure all reports are submitted within specified timelines and meet quality standards
  • Follow assigned scenarios, methodologies, and evaluation criteria with precision and consistency
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and avoid any disclosure of evaluation activities or findings
  • Uphold objectivity and neutrality, ensuring unbiased assessments at all times

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)
  • 0–3 years of experience in analytical roles such as auditing, quality assurance, process evaluation, or customer experience (preferred)
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex service processes
  • Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
  • Ability to assess qualitative and quantitative aspects
