Motion And Animation Specialist Creative Agency Or In-House Environment

We are looking for a Motion & Animation Specialist, experienced in a creative, agency, or in-house environment, to support our client, a forward-thinking brand and marketing agency based in Abu Dhabi.

Experience working with bilingual (Arabic/English) motion content and working with government clients is an advantage

Overview

The Motion & Animation Specialist is responsible for producing all motion and video-based creative assets under the programme. This includes social media motion content, animated infographics, short-form video assets, and dynamic digital content. The role requires a technically strong motion designer who can work at pace within an on-site production environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce motion graphics, animations, and dynamic assets for social media and digital channels
• Develop short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
• Animate static designs and infographics into motion formats
• Collaborate with designers to ensure visual consistency across static and motion output
• Edit and post-produce video content as required
• Manage output files across multiple platform formats and specifications
• Work within brand guidelines and under creative direction

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in motion design or animation within a creative, agency, or in-house environment
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is required
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required
• Experience producing content for social media platforms is required
• Experience working with bilingual (Arabic/English) motion content is an advantage
• Demonstrable portfolio of motion and animation work is required
• Experience working for government or multinational clients is an advantage
