Mortgage Advisor Abu Dhabi Based

PRYPCO, a leading UAE property-technology firm, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to support the continued growth of its Abu Dhabi operations. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a structured opportunity for an established professional with a strong understanding of the UAE mortgage market.

Position Overview

The Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end mortgage advisory process, cultivating relationships with partner banks, and contributing to the expansion of PRYPCO's channel partner network. The successful candidate will represent PRYPCO professionally across the Abu Dhabi market and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full mortgage lifecycle, from initial client engagement through to loan disbursement.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage brokers
• Oversee end-to-end file processing with accuracy and adherence to regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners to support business growth.
• Serve as a professional representative of PRYPCO within the Abu Dhabi market.
  
  

• A minimum of three years' experience within the UAE mortgage market is essential.
• Direct experience working with UAE banks is mandatory and will be verified prior to interview scheduling.
• Prior experience within a bank's broker channel is considered an advantage.
• Established relationships with UAE banks and an active client portfolio.
• Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• A results-oriented professional capable of working independently and meeting defined performance targets.
