We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEP Technician to join our dynamic team. As an MEP Technician, you will be integral to our engineering and operations department. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and comply with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities

• Install mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with design specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure all systems operate efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults or issues in MEP systems promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to optimize system designs and functionality.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards during all phases of MEP work.
• Document and report on the condition and performance of MEP systems regularly.
• Maintain inventory of necessary tools and equipment for MEP installations and repairs.
• Provide technical support and training to junior MEP technicians as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Update technical skills and knowledge by attending workshops and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations related to MEP systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend improvements for energy efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MEP Technician or in a similar role is required.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for MEP systems maintenance.
