MEP Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated MEP Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works at construction and fit-out project sites. The successful candidate will supervise daily site activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, ensure work is completed according to project specifications, and maintain compliance with UAE safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on site.
• Monitor daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings before execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, local authority regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and identify issues requiring corrective action.
• Manage site manpower, materials, tools, and equipment effectively.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements and company policies.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover activities.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the engineering team.
• Maintain proper documentation, including inspection requests, work permits, and site records.
