Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of MEP projects from inception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and team members.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and construction staff.
• Ensure all MEP designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Liaise with clients to define project requirements and deliverables clearly.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle for future reference.
• Facilitate regular meetings to keep team members informed on project developments.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure the safety of all personnel involved by promoting health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in MEP project management positions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, large-scale projects simultaneously to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction, building code regulations, and MEP systems.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills for teamwork and client interactions.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or similar tools.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
