Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate MEP projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Organize and lead project team meetings to align objectives and strategies.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for MEP systems.
• Manage budgets and control project costs to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex MEP issues and designs.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to integrate MEP systems into building designs.
• Monitor the progress of construction and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues proactively.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations in the construction industry.
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in managing budgets and schedules.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
• Proficient in project management software and tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
