The Project

This is an opportunity to work on a unique project consists of mixed-use, commercial and residential development, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Lead engineering delivery of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, ventilation, specialist services) to meet time, budget, safety, and quality targets.
  • Interpret and implement design solutions in collaboration with trade contractors.
  • Develop technical strategies ensuring compliance, governance, and assurance.
  • Manage and coach engineering teams to drive performance and quality.
  • Ensure MEP engineering tasks align with Mace standards and professional conduct.
  • Support programme delivery, health & safety, quality, and commissioning.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical input during tendering and procurement processes.
  • Review contracts, scopes, schedules, and support commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deploy technical plans aligned with Mace’s strategic priorities (e.g., prefabrication, commissioning, safety).
  • Review consultant and contractor designs for compliance, coordination, and carbon/energy performance.
  • Prepare delivery strategies and programmes considering milestones, logistics, and sequencing.
  • Implement commissioning strategies including IST, ATPs, and soft landings.
  • Use digital tools to assess productivity, identify risks, and maintain schedule integrity.
  • Support project close-out with high-quality documentation, training, and lessons learned.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
  • SMSTS and CSCS card.
  • Degree qualification in relevant field.
