Job Description

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions to promote and sell our company's medical and pharmaceutical products. Your role will involve understanding the needs of healthcare providers and effectively communicating the benefits and features of our products to meet those needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Promote and sell medical and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
  • Present product features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and quotas within assigned territories.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to improve product offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals and staff.
  • Organize and participate in product demonstrations, workshops, and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including FDA guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with the product development team.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing).
  • Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical and pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
