  • Maintain detailed records of sales leads, customer accounts, and sales activities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Organize and support product training sessions and sales meetings with external and internal participants.
  • Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports on progress and goal achievements.
  • Manage inventory levels and order processing to meet customer demands efficiently.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate promotional material and trade shows.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales manager and the broader sales team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Knowledge of the medical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
