Job Description

As a Medical Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between healthcare providers, suppliers, and medical companies. This position focuses on ensuring that medical products and services are effectively promoted and delivered to clients, while maintaining excellent relations with all stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, handling customer inquiries, and assisting the sales team with their efforts. Your organizational skills and in-depth product knowledge will be essential to maintaining seamless operations and achieving sales targets. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while managing multiple tasks will be key to your success in this dynamic role.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Oversee the coordination of sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the sales team to ensure clear understanding.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials such as flyers and brochures.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to provide valuable insights for the team.
  • Coordinate logistics for the delivery of medical products and services to healthcare facilities.
  • Help organize and attend trade shows and industry events to promote company products.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department as required for smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge in the medical or healthcare industry will be highly valuable.
