Job Description:

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring product awareness, and building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders. The role requires a strong understanding of the therapy areas, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders in your assigned territory.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper usage of our products.
  • Identify and target new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the availability and visibility of products in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Organize and attend medical conferences, product presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Monitor sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy / medicine.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Must have a driver’s license & transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills
