Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine effective solutions to fix issues.
• Perform troubleshooting procedures to identify and rectify mechanical failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and follow industry best practices at all times.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop maintenance plans.
• Overhaul and repair malfunctioning machinery to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and compile reports for management review.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and order new parts as necessary to avoid delays.
• Operate various tools and equipment to perform daily maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical systems and equipment.
• Train and guide junior technicians on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to ensure minimal service disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and mechanical analysis equipment is necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to work independently under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management leadership.
