Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct procurement activities for mechanical services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Utilize profound knowledge of key manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors within the UAE for mechanical trades.
  • Finalize subcontracts for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
  • Employ strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure the best procurement practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in MEP Mechanical Procurement within the UAE, with expertise in mechanical services such as:
    • HVAC
    • Plumbing
    • Drainage
    • Firefighting System
  • Profound knowledge about the key manufacturers, suppliers, and contractor in all the mechanical trades within UAE.
  • Experience in finalizing the subcontracts in MEP systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills with supplier and subcontractors.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
  • Language Proficiency: Hindi and English are mandatory. Urdu is preferred. Arabic is a plus.
