The Project
Mace is providing project management services on a large mixed-use regeneration development in Abu Dhabi. The site will have commercial work places and retail units along with public realm.
You’ll Be Responsible For
Conduct inspections of mechanical installations to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications.
Verify delivered materials against approved Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
Raise, review, and close Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs).
Manage snagging and de‑snagging activities to meet project quality requirements.
Ensure compliance with UAE mechanical codes, standards, and authority requirements (ADM, ADDC, ADCD).
Witness mechanical testing and commissioning, including HVAC, firefighting systems, and BMS integration.
Coordinate with site teams, report deviations, manage inspection schedules, and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation.
You’ll Need To Have
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, working for a PMC and/or Supervision Consultant, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
Strong background in mixed-use building projects (mandatory).
Experience in infrastructure works is an advantage (not required).
Familiarity with Design & Build contracts under FIDIC Yellow Book conditions.
Experience in large-scale mixed-use developments.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and QA/QC reporting tools.
Arabic speaker is a plus.
