MDL Administrator Master Deliverable Log Rail Abu Dhabi UAE

The MDL Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and controlling the Master Deliverable Log, ensuring that all project deliverables are properly tracked, updated, and aligned with project schedules and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the Master Deliverable Log for all project deliverables.

Track submission, review, approval, and revision status across multiple stakeholders.

Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and document control teams to ensure timely submissions.

Align deliverables with the project schedule, milestones, and contractual requirements.

Generate periodic reports on deliverable status, delays, overdue items, and compliance.

Ensure consistency of document numbering, metadata, status codes, and version control.

Identify overdue deliverables and escalate risks to PMO and reporting teams.

Support project reporting and deliverables performance monitoring.

Work closely with planning, document control, and project management teams.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in document control, deliverables tracking, project coordination, or engineering/construction projects.

Experience with EDMS platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, ProjectWise, or similar.

Strong proficiency in Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.

Good understanding of engineering deliverables and project lifecycle.

Experience with Primavera P6 interface or schedule alignment is an advantage.
