About The Role

The Content Specialist develops, reviews, and assures high-quality, pedagogically sound content for digital K–12 products, with a particular focus on elementary-grade instruction and remediation. The role ensures content is aligned to curriculum standards, supports diverse learners, and is designed for effective classroom implementation in digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, review, and edit instructional and assessment content, such as lesson scripts, teaching frameworks, and digital activities, ensuring pedagogical soundness and alignment with standards.
• Develop and refine age-appropriate assessment items that evaluate key skills and concepts, including multiple-choice questions, open-ended prompts, student feedback, and formative use cases.
• Manage content development workflows to meet agreed timelines and budgets, coordinating with internal teams and freelancers as needed, and ensuring delivery is on brief and on time.
• Collaborate with publishing, design, and product teams to ensure content supports broader product goals, user needs, and implementation strategies, particularly for struggling or diverse learners.
• Support ongoing improvement of content and products by contributing to product concepting, roadmap alignment, and standardization of content formats and quality benchmarks.

To Be The Right Fit, You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Education is required
• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in the elementary education segment, with demonstrated involvement in curriculum development or instructional design
• GCC/MENA region experience is required
• Familiarity with the K–12 education sector is essential, particularly about how digital content is used to support effective teaching and learning
• International ed tech market best practice experience is preferred
• Teaching experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
