Material Handling Coordinator

Synopsis



We are looking for an experienced warehouse professional to join our team. Responsible for inbound and outbound delivery coordination, material handling, loading and unloading, securing packing materials, following guidance on standard pallet building etc. Confortable with forklift/reach truck driving in large multi-purpose warehouse.

Accountabilities

• Deal with Vendor delivery representatives, check the delivery documents and validate the PO and quantity is available in the system.
• Physical receiving Local supplies, Physical inspection of goods, prepare check list and where necessary raise Vendor Non-Conformation forms for non-compliance on delivery.
• Guide on building standard pallet & physical put away to designated bins, shared responsibility of physical put away all the stock items that is received in a day and complete the task on the same day.
• SAP system update of daily put away and posting GRNs and secure the delivery documents for future audit purposes.
• Offloading of items from containers/trucks upon receiving, pelletizing Physical put away of import shipments.
• Internal physical stock movements and rearrangements. Carry out Daily put-away audit. Monitor & ensure compliance to internal safety requirements.
• Participate in Cycle count and Annual physical stock count.
• Licensed to Drive Reach Truck for put away and for unloading assistance drive forklift.
• On outbound side make sure the daily dispatch of materials are loaded on time and delivery documents are handed to the responsible driver who takes the delivery to various points of delivery.
• In general multi-tasking job in between inbound and outbound where appropriate.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Higher Secondary Education and Working experience in ERP System SAP WM Module specific.
• UAE Licensed Reach Truck and Forklift Operator, Light vehicle driver license.
• Minimum 3-5 year experience in a large Warehouse operation.
