The Marketplace Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels to drive company growth and enhance customer engagement.   • Work closely with product development teams to ensure comprehensive market availability.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Remain updated on e-commerce best practices and new marketplace tools and features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience managing online sales channels and marketplaces successfully.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and marketplace management tools.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Knowledge of online shopping trends and consumer behavior is highly advantageous.
