  • Resolve any issues or disputes with marketplace partners efficiently and diplomatically.

  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Implement best practices for product presentation to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay informed about e-commerce trends and emerging marketplace technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with partners and vendors.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO and SEM techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in listings.
