The Vacancy

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Support & Community Engagement Assistant to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role will provide day-to-day support across marketing, communications, and community engagement activities, including bilingual (Arabic–English) coordination, and will support internal and external marketing initiatives across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead schools and university liaison, including outreach activities and relationship management
  • Coordinate and undertake Arabic–English and English–Arabic translation for marketing, communications, and engagement materials
  • Support internal and external marketing and communication activities, including content preparation, design and distribution
  • Assist with the preparation of information and materials for tender submissions, working with the tender and marketing teams
  • Support the development and updating of marketing materials, presentations, and collateral
  • Provide event support, including planning, logistics, setup, attendance, and on-site coordination
  • Attend and support career fairs, community events, and outreach activities
  • Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and monitoring
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing and community engagement team


Person specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations or related field.
  • Additional training or coursework in digital marketing, social media, or community engagement is a plus.
  • Upto three years’ relevant work experience in marketing, communications, or community engagement.
  • Basic experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Experience in event coordination, content creation, or social media management is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and community partners.
  • Good team player, with the ability to work independently.
  • Enthusiastic and well organised.
