We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead and scale the online presence of our FinTech, technology, and iGaming products.
This role requires hands-on experience in high-growth digital industries such as iGaming, FinTech, payments, SaaS, or online gaming platforms — not just general marketing exposure. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing in competitive markets, player acquisition funnels, affiliate-driven growth, compliance-sensitive messaging, and how to translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer messaging.
Experience in iGaming performance marketing, player acquisition, retention campaigns, and bonus-led promotions will be highly preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Performance
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and iGaming traffic sources
Manage performance campaigns with clear ROI focus
Monitor and improve key metrics including CPC, CPA, CPL, LTV, conversion rate, and ROI
Oversee paid and organic acquisition strategies
Manage player acquisition funnels including deposit conversion optimization (for iGaming products)
Product & Messaging
Translate technical product features into clear, customer-focused messaging
Develop strong value propositions for different customer segments (B2C and/or B2B)
Ensure consistent brand positioning across all digital channels
Create compelling promotional campaigns including bonuses, tournaments, and seasonal offers (iGaming focus)
Campaign & Content Management
Plan and manage content calendars across digital platforms
Lead campaign launches from strategy to execution
Ensure digital brand consistency across ads, landing pages, and communication materials
Work closely with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
Affiliate & Partner Growth
Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs (especially within iGaming networks)
Work with affiliates and partners to drive performance-based growth
Monitor affiliate ROI and player quality metrics
Identify new partnership opportunities for customer acquisition
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, affiliate dashboards, and reporting tools
Monitor player behavior metrics (Retention, ARPU, LTV – for iGaming)
Present actionable insights and performance reports to leadership
Continuously optimize strategies based on data
Creative & Cross-Functional Leadership
Review and guide creative outputs including ads, short-form videos, landing pages, and marketing graphics
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Compliance teams
Lead and manage a small marketing team, setting strategic direction and priorities
Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience in iGaming, FinTech, payments, SaaS, or high-growth digital businesses
Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital acquisition channels
Proven experience managing performance-driven campaigns in competitive industries
Experience in iGaming player acquisition, affiliate marketing, and retention campaigns (highly preferred)
Solid knowledge of analytics tools and dashboard reporting
Experience leading small marketing teams
Strong commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
Experience launching new digital, financial, or iGaming products
