Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, property portals)
• Manage lead generation, tracking, and reporting in coordination with the sales team
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional materials (brochures, listings, videos)
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and vendors
• Coordinate property launches, exhibitions, and open-house events
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
• Ensure all marketing activities align with company branding and RERA guidelines
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or property development
• Strong understanding of UAE real estate market and buyer behaviour
• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• OWN VISA is mandatory

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing
• Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
