Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our brand. You will oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring that they are in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that not only increase brand awareness but also drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will need to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to curate and implement integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Your ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior will be crucial in identifying opportunities for growth and development. Creativity, an eye for quality, and strong communication skills are essential to efficiently convey brand narratives and values.


Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and increase market share.
  • Managing all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and paid advertisements.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand communication across channels.
  • Analyzing data analytics and market research to refine marketing strategies.
  • Coordinating with content creators to ensure consistent messaging and tone.
  • Organizing promotional events to establish brand presence and community engagement.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and adjusting marketing tactics accordingly.
  • Overseeing and approving marketing materials, from website banners to hard-copy brochures.
  • Collaborating with external agencies for campaign execution and monitoring outcomes.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior members of the marketing team.
  • Setting, monitoring, and reporting on team goals and objectives to senior management.
  • Allocating marketing budget efficaciously, ensuring maximum return on investment.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and marketing budgets.
