As a Marketing Manager at Qashio, you will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy (brand, communications, demand generation). You will focus on brand building, positioning, and marketing that resonates with CFOs, finance teams, and decision-makers. You will craft Qashio’s voice, messaging, and marketing collateral across channels, and ensure the brand stands out in the competitive spend-management fintech space.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Qashio’s brand narrative, mission, and messaging aligned with control, automation, and rewards.
Ensure consistent tone and identity across all external channels (website, blog, social, PR, events).
Define key customer personas and tailor messaging accordingly.
Lead creation of content including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos, and thought leadership.
Partner with subject-matter experts to produce educational fintech and finance content.
Own the content calendar aligned with product releases, company updates, and market trends.
Build relationships with media, analysts, partners, and influencers.
Represent Qashio—or prepare leadership—for events, webinars, and conferences.
Identify and execute co-marketing and partner marketing opportunities.
Support alliance teams with marketing assets and thought leadership.
Manage brand and communications budget and coordinate with external agencies.
Ensure all materials reflect regulatory, security, and trust standards.
Define and track brand KPIs (awareness, share of voice, media coverage, engagement).
Analyse content and campaign performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
Deliver regular marketing performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
5+ years’ experience in marketing roles, preferably within fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS.
Proven experience in brand marketing, content strategy, communications, or PR.
Excellent writing and communication skills — you can distill complex financial products into compelling, accessible messaging.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders (product, partnerships, leadership).
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and content performance metrics.
Good understanding of fintech, expense management, corporate finance, or spend management is preferred.
Experience working with agencies, designers, or external creative teams.
A proactive, strategic mindset: able to think big picture but also roll up sleeves to execute.
