Job Description

The Marketing & CRM Manager of department 12N25 plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty. This position involves managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure seamless communication with customers and the efficient execution of marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights to improve customer experience and maximize marketing ROI. You will be expected to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills to drive the company’s growth and ensure a cohesive marketing approach across all channels.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize the CRM system to nurture and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and CRM management.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing and CRM strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing tactics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities are required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
