Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in the marketing department by helping to execute various marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role involves collaborating with other marketing professionals and teams across the organization to ensure that programs are effectively implemented. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating marketing projects, assisting with content creation, maintaining communication with vendors and clients, and compiling reports on various marketing metrics. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects from inception to completion independently.
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates on creative content and material development.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and mailing lists regularly.
  • Support social media initiatives and assist in managing online engagement activities.
  • Compile and analyze data to generate reports on marketing campaign performance.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing event logistics and ensure successful execution of promotional events.
  • Contribute to the creation and proofreading of marketing materials and content.
  • Assist in performing research and analysis to identify marketing trends and opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed and required.
  • Track and manage marketing expenses to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working in a marketing support or coordination role is desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities are necessary for success.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software tools and social media platforms is required.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining focus on various marketing projects.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of advertising and marketing strategies.
