Job Description

A Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in the marketing department, helping to plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills to effectively contribute to marketing projects. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with other team members to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and efficiently. Tasked with organizing promotional activities, managing social media channels, and assisting with the development of marketing materials, this role is integral in coordinating cross-functional efforts. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for brand promotion.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials and collateral.
  • Maintain and update the company’s social media channels and website.
  • Organize and oversee promotional events to enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on effectiveness.
  • Support the development of content strategies and manage content calendars.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for marketing projects and events.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications and materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role or in similar capacities preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for the role.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software is an added advantage.
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strict timelines effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
