Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join a dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns designed to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate marketing projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing the logistics of marketing efforts, including event coordination, social media management, and market research. This position requires a proactive thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, promotions, and product launches.
  • Maintain and update the company's social media platforms with engaging content.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and metrics.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and newsletters.
  • Organize and manage marketing databases and customer information lists.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners for marketing collateral production.
  • Provide support for promotional activities including in-store promotions and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies is an asset.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary.
  • Creative thinker who is solutions-oriented and proactive.
