Job Description

The Marketing and Operations Assistant is a pivotal role within a company, responsible for supporting the marketing and operational efforts of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Support market research efforts to understand customer preferences and trends.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns.
  • Assist in the coordination of logistics for various marketing and operational projects.
  • Work with vendors and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing and operational performance metrics.
  • Maintain databases and ensure the accuracy of customer and prospect records.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and operations team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a marketing or operations role with exposure to various tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to innovate in marketing strategies.
