The Marketing and Operations Assistant is a multi-faceted role crucial to the seamless functioning of our marketing and operations departments. This position requires an enthusiastic individual adept at juggling various tasks and assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies and operational processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for marketing and operational efficiency. As the Marketing and Operations Assistant, you will support the team in executing projects, coordinating events, maintaining records, and enhancing the effectiveness of marketing and operational activities. You will play a pivotal role in assisting with market research, data analysis, and the creation of marketing materials while ensuring that operational tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. Your contributions will be vital in driving the success of our department and, ultimately, the company's objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and timely data.
  • Support team in creating and distributing marketing materials and content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and assess the competition.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting on marketing campaign performance.
  • Assist in inventory management and procurement of marketing supplies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between marketing and operations teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as needed.
  • Help in preparing presentations and reports for management review meetings.
  • Support the operations team in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or operations assistance.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
