Job Description

General Description

Leads a team of Quantity Surveyors across multiple projects. Oversee commercial deliverables, supports claims and variations, and ensures consistency in commercial practices.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor Quantity Surveyors and Senior QSs.
Manage allocation of QS resources to projects.
Review and validate cost estimates, BOQs, and claims.
Ensure adherence to commercial SOPs and project objectives.
Provide input into project reviews and risk assessments.
Coordinate with Contracts Manager and Commercial Manager on high-risk items.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s in quantity surveying or civil engineering.
8+ years of relevant experience, including team leadership.
Deep knowledge of commercial construction practices and cost control.
Ability to manage multiple teams and projects concurrently.
